I really liked this case study from Shopify this week, and highly recommend it for any store.

The Shopify blog team took the challenge to build an eCommerce business in 3 days, then become profitable in the next 3 days after launch. Even though the store was launched using Shopify, it’s a cool example of launching a business start-to-finish and tips on acquiring your first customers. They’re also running a giveaway for the business they built, which is very neat.
